I have been wanting to knit something other than a scarf for a long time now.Yesterday I bit the bullet.
I have to say that even though I didn't have the correct yarn nor the correct sized needles for the pattern, I calculated out the differences (converting from US sizing also) and I'm pretty happy with what I came up with.
I've now started one for Little Miss.

Good for you! I find knitting difficult and prefer crochet, but never make anything other than scarves. And really, how many scarves does one girl need?
