Giveaway : Lola Ladybird

Here is Lola. She's looking for a new home. So if you're interested in adopting her, leave a comment on any post with your idea of a perfect Valentine's Day, or just leave a comment and say 'hi'. Entries close midnight 13 February (Australian time) and I will randomly draw a name the next day, Valentine's Day.

To start it off, my perfect Valentine's Day would include an evening picnic at the Point, with crisp white wine, Brie cheese, baguettes and a perfect sunset, followed by ice cream in a cone and a walk along the jetty. Of course there would be no flies and no mosquitoes, so that's asking a lot hey. Oh, yeah, hubby would be there too!

So finally something to show for my crafting madness! I have felt the pressure (self induced I might add) of too many projects this week, so I am having a couple of craft free days, and while the babes are asleep, I'm going to work on my interior decorating course instead.

Well, first of all for Valentine's day I would like a *date!* Actually, I would like a date any time, not only on Valentine's day. :) My ideal day will consist of spending time with my little boy, and hopefully I will have planned something fun for him, like hiding notes around the house.

Well it would be me and hubby having a day off to sleep in late, go on a picnic or a nice lunch and then a nice dinner and then back home for a night in!!

Love the doll. My perfect valentines day would be someone minding the kids (all 4 of them!) and being able to sleep in, have breakfast in bed, a lovely walk, lunch out and then a movie at home with lots of yummy treats... or something special like that. thanks for the giveaway!

Perfect Valentine's Day:

Spending time with my boy friend, giving him the little heart shaped plushy key chain in blue that I've made and watching his face glow while attaching it to his keys, and then spending rest of the day just cuddling together hoping that moment will last forever.

Hello Lin!

I Love the doll! She's so sweet!

Anyway, my favourite Valantine's day-activity would be a trip to France (We live only 100 miles away from the French Provence-region, but somehow we never get there...). Last year we escaped for a weekend, but for Valentine I would be more than happy with just a daytrip and a picnik with fresh baguette, goat cheese and some red wine...

In case it's still snowing in two weeks, (we have to get over the Alps to get to France) i'll settle for a homecooked diner and a movie! Francesco is a great cook, and I'm pretty good at picking movies :)

Anyhow, best wishes and good luck!

oh please count me in. I just found you on flickr, and then your blog too. Result!

I'm spending Valentine's this year on holiday, with my husband, and my 2 kids. Hopefully it'll be sunny, hopefully we can have a nice rest, and then go out and eat crab for dinner. I think that's my idea of perfection!

Oooh, a perfect Valentines Day. Do I dare to dream? OK, I think first the kids would be staying with their Grandparents the night before, so Matt and I could get up and go out for breakfast. Then we would go up into the mountains for a lovely walk, and work up an appetite again, then back into town for lunch. Then maybe catch a movie that we both want to see - preferably something foreign, quirky, funny and romantic, then out to an early dinner at Urbane for a gastronomic feast, with wine matched to every course. Then we would pick up the kids who would be all tuckered out after a big day playing with the grandparents, and we would all read stories as they go peacefully off to sleep at the same time. Matt and I would then have a nice cup of tea and reflect on the perfect day. And I'll leave it there...
Hey, you did ask :P!!!!!!

Hmm my perfect valentines day? A morning of antique and second hand shopping. Lunch at a little deli. Movie in the afternoon. Strolling around exploring somewhere new hand in hand of course. Dinner at sunset on the beach. :)

I've to admit that I haven't got an exact idea of a perfect Valentine's Day...maybe I'd like only to be able to return all the love I receive everyday from my loved ones, especially from my sweet little girl and my hubby...:o)

Thanks so much for this chance, and all my best wishes for a pleasant Valentine's Day to you too...hugs from Italy! :o)
